How to get the perfect bodybuilding diet

Bodybuilding junkie Dianabol says he’s learned how to lose weight in a matter of months thanks to his “unique” diet.

“If you look at my diet, it’s almost like I’m a bodybuilder,” the 25-year-old told The Jerusalem Report.

“My goal is to get back to my bodybuilding roots, but I’m not sure how.”

Dianabol has been trying to get bigger and stronger since his teenage years.

He competed at the world championships in 2014 and lost only about one kilogram.

“The weight I lost in the competition was enough to help me reach the World Championships in 2015, but that was before I had a doctor’s recommendation to do some more weight training,” he said.

Dianabolic has been working on his diet since he was 17 years old, and has lost about a third of his body weight since then.

He’s now aiming to get down to around 50 kilograms, but is not yet at the stage where he can make the drastic change to his diet.

Diet and exercise is an essential part of keeping a healthy body and maintaining a healthy mind, he said.

“I’ve learned how the body adapts to the stressors of life, but the body’s reaction to that stress is different from the stress of the diet.

When the stressor is intense and the food is bad, the body responds to that by producing cortisol.

The body’s response is to start producing testosterone.

If you have too much testosterone, it will increase the amount of cortisol.”

The key is to focus on building muscle in the muscles that you can, which is why Dianabolic is using a variety of strength training exercises in addition to weightlifting and bodybuilding.

He is currently working on improving his cardio training and is trying to keep up with his weightlifting workouts and his diet, he added.

“I’m currently working to improve my cardio and I think I’m going to be able to get a bit stronger, I’ll be able move around more and I’ll get a better endurance too,” he explained.

“But I don’t think it will be as fast as I want.”

Dionabol says the biggest challenge he’s had thus far is that he is still learning the intricacies of his diet and exercising program.

“When I first started, I was always trying to figure out how to incorporate nutrition into my diet and fitness and what my nutritional goals were, but now it’s become very hard because I’m still learning about everything,” he noted.

“My goal now is to become a much more consistent, focused person who doesn’t need to be a strict bodybuilder and who can work out at home with a good diet and a good lifestyle, so that I can achieve the same results as when I was younger.”

He says he hopes to be back in shape in a few years time and that the biggest part of his new lifestyle is about learning to live in harmony with the natural environment and the people around him.

“It’s important to live well, because when I’m healthy, I feel good,” he concluded.
