I’ve been told it’s best to consume deca before and during competition.
The main issue I’ve had with this is the fact that it causes me to feel a little dehydrated and it also causes me not to be able to perform as well as I would have in a real deca contest.
The best thing you can do is to do the deca workout in the morning.
I recommend doing it during the day, not after it.
If you’re in a deca marathon, I would suggest doing it on the same day as your workout, not the same night as your race.
I’ve tried to get rid of it in the past but it just never goes away.
After you finish your decana workout, you should be feeling the best you’ve ever felt in your entire life.
