I have to confess, I’ve never really liked the idea of going back to bodybuilding.
I’ve always liked the thrill of seeing a competitor lift more than once, and I’ve been too busy trying to get fit and keep my body in shape for a while.
But when I went to the doctor in January 2017, I had an appointment that would change everything for me.
I wanted to know what the hell I was going to do if my body couldn’t take the strain of an intense workout.

I began to see improvement in my overall health, strength, and flexibility.
I started getting my energy back, and my skin became softer and smoother.
I’m so grateful to my doctor, who knew exactly what was going on, and made it so I could do the workouts I wanted.
And he did the work to make sure I could keep my workouts at a good intensity.

If your doctor is a professional, you’ll probably get the most out of this.
There’s a great chance he or she can work with you in a safe, controlled environment.
If not, the best option is to find a physical trainer to train you.
