Why a bodybuilder who’s been on the receiving end of more than a dozen surgeries is back to training

Bodybuilder and bodybuilding medicine baller John Barrow has been back on the mats.

His bodybuilding diet has been a staple of his diet for decades, and Barrow said he’s not sure what will come of his recent surgery, which was a total muscle-enhancing surgery.

“It was a bit of a shock, I didn’t expect it to come out like this,” Barrow told CBS News.

He has been on and off the mats for the past few years.

In January 2017, Barrow suffered an ACL tear, the first major injury he’s had in his career.

He was in a coma for two months and underwent several surgeries and rehab.

He had surgery in July of 2017, where he had surgery to repair the ACL, as well as reconstructive bone grafts to reconstruct the torn ligaments.

After a few months, Barrows surgery ended, and the following February, he underwent a second ACL reconstruction.

This time, it was more about repairing his ligaments and repairing the damage he had sustained during the ACL tear.

“It was really tough to see it come out the way it did, it’s definitely a setback,” Barrows brother James said.

James Barrow says his brother’s latest surgery was a setback, and it’s hard to imagine how it would have played out without surgery.

“That’s the thing that I miss the most about him,” James said of his brother.

“He’s been there so long and done so much.

“And that’s the kind of injury he had, so it’s always tough. “

He’s been through so many surgeries.””

“The other thing about him, I think he’s an example to everyone in the world that you dont get a second chance.””

Barrow said that after his surgery, he had to relearn to eat the food that he had lost. “

“I lost my appetite, I was like ‘OK, Im not gonna eat that much again,'” he said.

In June, Barks surgery was extended to repair another major ACL tear that had occurred in January 2017. “

This has definitely been a major adjustment for me,” Barows brother James added.

That was followed by a second surgery to replace the torn ACL.

Barrow and his wife, Laila, now have a second child, whom they adopted two years ago.

“We love him a lot and we love him so much and we miss him so hard,” James recalled of his family.

“If you ever want to give him a hug, just say ‘John,’ hes just so nice.”

James Barrows mother, Kelly, says it is tough for her son to watch her son, who is still a fighter, lose weight.

“When he has to get surgery and you see the doctors saying hell never get back to where he used to be, its devastating,” Kelly Barrow, John’s mother, said.

Kelly Barrow also has a daughter, Liza, and is currently working on her PhD in physical education.

Liza said her dad was a bodybuilding champion who was “so proud” of his achievements and “always a great motivator to get back into the gym.”

“He was always just a very good athlete,” Liza Barrow recalled.

“So many people wanted him to be a body builder and he was never that way.”
